Warranties & refunds

Customer satisfaction is first priority. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier if required.
Customer is encouraged to contact the carrier within 7 days if not satisfied with the services provided. After mutual agreement, payment will be reimbursed either through the same mode it was collected or through a mode as per mutual agreement in between the customer and the carrier.
All refunds will be initiated in 24 to 48 hours after an agreement has been made in between the customer and the carrier.
Refunds for major faults/defects based on mutual agreement in between the customer and the carrier will be provided as per Australian Consumer Law as set out in schedule 2 of competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Quality control

Your satisfaction is the key performance indicator of our performance. A sample number of jobs from the week are reviewed with drivers. Management joins the drivers on a random number of jobs. Customers are sent a survey at the end of the job.
